Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology trend forecasts across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Design strategic roadmaps aligning emerging innovations with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts and technological inflection points
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and predictive analytics for stakeholder decision-making
- Establish cross-functional innovation incubators to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (portfolio required)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
