Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact future-state reports and predictive models for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify disruptive technologies and market shifts with 3-5 year predictive accuracy
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish KPIs to track the adoption and ROI of future-oriented initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience engaging executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2020+ predictions or strategic implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, WFS) preferred
