Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends across technology, policy, and human behavior to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design resilience protocols for systemic risks (climate, geopolitical, technological singularity)
- Translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with futurist exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategic frameworks
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
