Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact industries (AI, Biotech, Climate Tech)
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs that drive product development and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future technologies or societal transformations
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
