Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for disruptive technologies including AGI, synthetic biology, and climate engineering
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Produce white papers and keynote presentations at Davos and SXSW on emerging paradigms
- Manage a portfolio of experimental ventures exploring 2026 market opportunities
- Coordinate with Horizon's 'Temporal Analytics' division to validate future projections
- Mentor junior futurists in our 'Future-Casting Accelerator' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with portfolio of Fortune 500 transformations
- Published research on exponential technologies or paradigm shifts
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., GPT-5, TemporalNet)
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and post-human development
- Certification in Quantum Risk Assessment or Advanced Ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with cross-temporal stakeholder engagement (2020-2030 horizons)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
