Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs to validate future paradigms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Future State Reports with quantitative trend analysis
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead a 10-person innovation lab prototyping 2026-ready technologies
- Create competitive disruption maps for emerging markets
- Establish partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Present at Davos and SXSW on next-gen societal shifts
- Manage $5M innovation fund for 2026 pilot projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record scaling future-focused initiatives ($10M+ budgets)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
