Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential technology opportunities (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Establish Horizon Dynamics as a thought leader through whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and emerging paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and disruptive forces
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
