Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro-interfaces)
- Author quarterly trend reports for C-suite on geopolitical, technological, and socio-cultural disruptors
- Design innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready products
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies through our Future Ethics Council
- Present at global forums like Davos and Web Summit on 2026 strategic imperatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent with 8+ years applied experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend forecasting and strategy implementation (2018-2025)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, quantum) and their societal impacts
- Published research in journals like Technological Forecasting & Social Change
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Cassandra, Delphi, STEEP analysis, and systems modeling
- Certified in Foresight Professional (CFP) or similar advanced credential
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategic adaptation
