Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Impact Forecast with quantitative modeling
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging disruptions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Produce proprietary trend reports with 85%+ predictive accuracy benchmark
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing business models
- Represent company at global futurist forums (Davos, WEF, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven ability to model complex systems using computational tools
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Scenario Planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating abstract futures
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic forecasts
