Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, quantum computing) to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead immersive foresight workshops using design thinking and predictive modeling techniques
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market disruptors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis, scenario planning, or corporate strategy consulting
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, SWOT analysis)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-suite executive briefings
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight.org)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major foresight projects with measurable impact
