Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast market opportunities through 2026 and beyond
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for client organizations navigating exponential change
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing their businesses
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate next-generation solutions for 2026 implementation
- Present strategic insights at international conferences and executive summits
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like Delphi analysis and cross-impact matrices
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of successful scenario planning and strategic foresight implementation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy and transformation
- Published author or thought leader in futurism, innovation, or strategic planning
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) strongly preferred
