- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce annual Future State Reports with data-driven trend predictions
- Design and facilitate executive foresight workshops using advanced methodologies
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive market shifts
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend prediction accuracy (2019-2023)
