Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics
- Produce quarterly scenario reports for C-suite on socio-technological shifts
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and future-focused institutions
- Design immersive future-state simulations for product development teams
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and global innovation summits
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary Nexus Horizon methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or tech unicorn
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Expertise in probabilistic forecasting and scenario planning tools
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategic implementations
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
