Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive 2026 market opportunities
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients adopting next-gen technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and trend analysis
- Produce executive foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advocate for ethical innovation in emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite foresight presentations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ horizon-scanning projects for Fortune 500 clients
