Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Research or related field preferred
