Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-industry foresight workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Produce executive-ready reports on future workforce automation, AI ethics, and sustainable business models
- Advolve C-suite clients on long-term digital transformation strategies and regulatory implications
- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using big data analytics and machine learning
- Represent the firm at global innovation summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior strategists on future-proof methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or societal transformation
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
