Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, climate, and socio-economic domains to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development, market expansion, and organizational adaptation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into quarterly strategic planning cycles
- Produce annual Future State reports with quantifiable impact projections and risk mitigation frameworks
- Curate and manage an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D with proven experience mapping future trends
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and quantitative forecasting models
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic frameworks
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
