Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, predictive modeling, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Author executive briefings and white papers on disruptive market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and industry think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
