As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop long-term roadmaps that anticipate technological disruptions, societal shifts, and market transformations. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment priorities, and organizational resilience in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and socio-economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future-shaping forces
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, etc.)
