As a key architect of our innovation ecosystem, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate technological shifts, societal transformations, and market disruptions. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational evolution.

Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks and future scenario models for 2025-2030
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global forums
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and technical audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
