Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, quantum computing, and biotech teams
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable market disruption insights
- Design ethics-by-principle frameworks for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify 2030-scale investment opportunities
- Present futures thinking at industry summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (include 3 case studies)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
