As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts, quantify disruption risks, and capitalize on emerging opportunities. You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies that position us as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for 2026 market disruption forecasting
- Design and execute cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging technology adoption readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience leading cross-continental strategic initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
