- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on future of work, sustainability, and digital transformation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Adv executive leadership on systemic risks and innovation opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures methodologies
- Strong data literacy with experience analyzing complex datasets
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or future-focused projects
- Deep knowledge of global megatrends (demographics, climate, geopolitics)
