Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 2026-2030 market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future opportunities
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on disruptive innovations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into business strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
