Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, societal, and market trends with 5-10 year foresight
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps aligning business objectives with future disruptive forces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and innovation cycles
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Champion a culture of innovation by mentoring teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies in tech or finance
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive action plans
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
