- Produce quarterly trend reports with predictive impact analyses for board-level decisions
- Design innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with 5-year strategic vision
- Present foresight frameworks at industry summits (Davos, Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, WFS)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s market transformations
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (STEEP-EL, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience advising C-suite on paradigm shifts in energy or healthcare sectors
