- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ industry evolution
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential organizational adaptation
- Facilitate C-level workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year horizons
- Mentain patent portfolios and intellectual property ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech scale
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment frameworks
- Strong background in agile methodologies and product innovation
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends
