- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product launches and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Build scenario models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Present executive briefings and publish thought leadership on future trends
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator fund for experimental ventures
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (e.g., IEEE, HBR)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech or biotech
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
