Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on technological, social, and economic megatrends
- Design and manage innovation pipelines for AI, biotech, and sustainable tech verticals
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and trend reports for industry stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional facilitation skills for C-level scenario planning and trend analysis sessions
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or societal transformation topics
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience scaling innovation within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
