You'll collaborate with pioneers in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable energy to shape our innovation ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (tech, climate, social) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2030
- Develop and maintain the strategic innovation framework for our 2026 product/service ecosystem
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' workshops with C-suite executives and external futurists
- Create compelling future-state scenarios and roadmaps that guide R&D priorities
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against strategic milestones
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future-facing initiatives
- Mentor emerging talent in futures thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience leading global teams in technology or consulting sectors
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
