Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create strategic innovation roadmaps with Fortune 500 clients
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption curves across 15+ industry verticals
- Design and manage corporate innovation incubators with dedicated $50M+ annual budgets
- Present strategic insights at global forums including Davos, CES, and World Economic Summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership on AI, climate tech, or digital transformation trends
- Proven experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and business model innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., AC/FS, APF) or equivalent training
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from strategic innovation initiatives with quantifiable ROI
