Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to map 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and design teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive market intelligence briefings
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking emerging technology adoption curves
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into revenue-generating initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or AC/FS)
