- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Establish quantitative/qualitative models for technology adoption forecasting
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor a team of strategic analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of publishing future scenarios in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive storytelling
