Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and quantify market potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing technologies into core business strategy
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact and ROI
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Conduct competitive intelligence and patent landscape analysis for emerging domains
- Champion ethical innovation principles and sustainable development frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills with tools like Trend Hunter or Gartner
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (whitepapers, journals)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
