Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype future-state solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with 3-5 year impact
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for C-suite executives on future disruption scenarios
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on 2026 technology trends
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs and stakeholder reporting
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field required
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-defining products/services
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and adoption curves
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Shell Foresight)
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across global markets
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, CES, or equivalent future-focused forums
