Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI autonomy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic disruptors affecting 2026 market landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organizational culture of adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
