- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing principles into organizational strategy
- Present compelling narratives about future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future trends
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/white papers
- Experience building cross-industry futurist networks
- Mastery of strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
