Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and product development teams
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Partner with R&D to integrate future trends into product roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning our brand as a future authority
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market potential through data modeling and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategy initiatives
