Responsibilities

- Quantify future opportunities through data-driven risk/reward analysis
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive threats and first-mover advantages
- Curate and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex adaptive systems
- Deep expertise in trend analysis methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on exponential change scenarios
