As a key member of our C-suite innovation team, you'll leverage cutting-edge foresight methodologies to identify disruptive opportunities and guide our product evolution. You'll collaborate with global research partners and present actionable insights to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology and societal trend radar using AI-driven foresight platforms
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for executive leadership
- Guide R&D investments in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI ethics)
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures-to-strategy translation projects
