Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports published in top-tier industry journals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and emerging technology assessment
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., Harvard Business Review, Wired)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
