- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with futurists, engineers, and business leaders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business opportunities
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation, venture strategy, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Published thought leadership in technology or futures publications
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized future-focused initiatives
