Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Produce quarterly future-state impact reports for executive stakeholders
- Design and maintain innovation pipeline for quantum computing applications
- Oversee ethical compliance for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Coordinate global trend intelligence network with satellite offices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFTE)
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Mapping)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Presentation skills to C-suite audiences and industry conferences
