Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct market research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to co-create future scenarios
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption and transformation
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects with measurable ROI by 2026
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives in tech or Fortune 500
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain) and societal impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, CFIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation projects delivered to market
