Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for 2026+ market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynotes at industry conferences
- Manage a portfolio of speculative innovation projects with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and systemic analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from the School of Advanced Foresight)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation strategy implementations
