- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation initiatives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and disruption risks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with product and engineering teams
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and disruption analysis
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech and innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published author or recognized speaker on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, backcasting)
