Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology and societal trend roadmaps through quantitative/qualitative research
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for key stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies preferred
