Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with quantifiable risk assessments for long-term planning
- Lead executive workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation initiatives
- Establish foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, predictive modeling, and cross-industry benchmarking
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and long-range forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience in technology-driven environments
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
