Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting global markets by 2026

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends and innovation methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and technological megatrends to anticipate systemic disruptions
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership or patents in future studies or innovation domains
