Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead speculative design workshops to visualize 2026+ scenarios in metaverse and quantum computing domains
- Conduct deep-dive research on exponential technologies (AGI, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Present futures intelligence to C-suite executives through data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype minimum viable future concepts
- Author thought leadership on the societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Maintain the Futures Intelligence Database with real-time disruption signals
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level futures projects
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
